The dining area includes a dining table with seat settings for 6+, place settings, and dining utensils. The living room offers an L-shaped sectional, coffee table, overhead fan, rug, and décor. The backyard includes a deck with a conversation set, a fire pit with four chairs, and a hot tub. A laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). With each guest beyond the first six, a $29/night fee will be applied. Conveniently located just 4 miles north of Downtown Houston, this home is minutes from trendy Houston Heights, a vibrant arts scene, and lots of local dining and shops. Nearby attractions include Minute Maid Park (7-minute drive) and The Houston Museum of Natural Science (14-minute drive). Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed.
