The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee and tea. All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens, and a comfortable duvet. A smart TV and high-speed internet are available for streaming or remote work needs. Onsite washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Enjoy the rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience. The first floor features a living room with a queen sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area with air conditioning. The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway bath with a bathtub and shower combo, and laundry facilities with heat only. The third floor features the primary bedroom with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with air conditioning. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. A city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. Centrally located, this home is just steps from top dining, shops, and more. Guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories in this townhome. The second-floor bedroom does not have AC. The home does not have dedicated parking, and street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy is allowed, and no shoes are allowed in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. Kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
