Experience the best of Austin with convenience and character at your doorstep! This property is located near the interstate; however, a large sound barrier wall helps reduce noise. Noise machines are provided in the home for added comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Parties or events are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. A security camera is present at the front door for security, and tampering with it is prohibited. There is a fire pit on site for guest use; please bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. Lighting candles inside the property is not allowed to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are many antiques on the property; please enjoy them, but understand these items are precious. If items are damaged, the guest will be liable for these damages. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
