It's a few minutes' walk from the Q subway station on 2nd Avenue and from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations (77th or 86th and Lex). This apartment has two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a full kitchen fully equipped with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. You will get clean linens and towels. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV hung on the wall. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the subway line on 2nd Avenue (86th) and from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations (77th or 86th and Lex), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops, and any other store you can think of. There is also a laundry store right next to the building, as well as a grocery store/deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This apartment has a no smoking policy, no loud music policy, and no parties policy. Each bedroom is furnished with a closet (walk-in closet in the master bedroom), heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
