The living room boasts big windows, a comfy sectional sofa, and a big screen TV for movie nights. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a Charbroil gas grill and seating in the private backyard. Free parking is available in the driveway and additional street parking is also available. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Extended stays require full housekeeping service once per week, which can be performed by guests or hired through the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Located minutes away from premier shopping, restaurants, museums, family entertainment, nightlife, live entertainment, golf courses, outdoor recreation, and movie theaters, this home offers convenience and accessibility. With plenty of Ubers available, you can easily explore Charlotte or bring your own vehicle and park in the driveway or on the street. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in the house or garage, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if violated. Smoking is permitted outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighbors, and complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. The property has a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front and an additional exterior Ring camera monitoring the backyard and driveway, both of which are visible and record video and audio during every reservation. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, and a shuffleboard table, providing entertainment and connectivity for remote work-friendly stays. A laptop computer is not included.
