Events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms. No more than 10 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn; damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest. Use of the fireplace is not allowed. An additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies if traveling with a pet.
