The kitchen table seats six, making it perfect for entertaining. The living space is equipped with Roku TVs for streaming your favorite services and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to the comfort. Free parking is available with space for four vehicles in the driveway and overnight street parking. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Guests love this property due to its proximity to local attractions and access to the paved McAlpine Creek Greenway walking, running, and bicycle trail through the woods. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the house or garage and will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighbors, and complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. The property has a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front and two additional exterior Ring cameras monitoring the backyard gate entrance and driveway.
