Have stayed here for 4.5years. Never had a single complaint. It is one of the best apartments I have stayed at not only in Charlotte but compared to other cities as well. Located centrally to all human needs. The only place that has returned the security deposit after vacating. People who have rented before know that the security deposit never comes back. Only one con would be the recent rent increases but it should flatten out eventually.
