This apartment features hardwood floors and an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for four. The comfortable living room, equipped with a 55” flat-screen TV, opens to a private balcony with tree-top views. Additional features include a renovated bathroom, private in-unit laundry, and large bedrooms with double closets. The unit offers two queen beds, a sofa bed, and an additional TV in the bedroom. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at a 3-minute walk on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night.
