The dining table seats four. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per stay per pet. Located in the heart of Corpus Christi, this apartment is steps away from local gems like Coffee Mugg, Bien Merite, Hester’s, and Made in Corpus Christi. It's also easily accessible to all major highways. This apartment is located in a lower socioeconomic inner-city neighborhood near downtown Corpus Christi where homeless/transient foot traffic is common. It is not recommended for families, vacation travelers, or guests seeking a quiet residential neighborhood. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the same cost as the regular cleaning fee. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained, and leashed at all times when outside of the apartment. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the apartment or on site. There is also video surveillance monitoring the exterior building hallways and parking lot for security purposes. Includes a desk and chair for a remote work-friendly set-up. To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
