I moved in a little over a month ago and I love it ! Beautiful view of the bay! Big balcony and the apartments have been renovated with stainless steel appliances. Very cute courtyard and pool. I would highly recommend!

I lived here for quite sometime . the neibor s are every nice ,mostly quite, and keep to themselves. The land scaping and the pool is very lovely.And close to walking to the shorline,stirps convencet store, a few reasturants, and u could on the fourth of july easly see the fire works form your apt or just walk to the shorline to see them with no worrie about traffic by using ur car. The problem lies with the property owners and little to no mangment.Constant confusion with the office staff because of miscommunication between the so called magment.the mantance dose try its best to fix all the issue they can but can only do so much.With the laundry rooms are a hit or miss if they are working , there are mice ,flooding of the hallways because of the almost counts leaks from the big ac unit ,which makes the ancient carpet they have rolling across the hallways of every floor reek with mold n staleness,And here is the big kicker! The A/C every year like clock work will BREAK DOWN in the heat of summer magically on a Friday so u can't get a hold of anyone for answer s and will take FOREVER to FIX!! Same for the heat but I personaly enjoy the winter so doesn't bother me much at all. I can grab another blanket but I can't do jack diddle squat about being too hot expt take my hundredth shower or try to become a mermaid n learn how to sleep in the pool and now the hot water heater plays hide N go seek. Someday s it works other days not and they get the most incompet and cheapest people to fix things so it works for about a day and breaks down the next.. we did had a head mantance perperson who cared and got sh*#$ done but they got rid of them.so now what Mangmen!?!? How are u going to fix this!?! Oh and the new tentances that moved into a rehab apartments that are paying a buttload are getting a real awake up to how this place is under this mangment.if u haven't notice with the half of the ceiling missing on each floor. All n all if we had mangment that cared about the people who live here rather than $$ this would be a lovely place like it was and not a slum its becoming
