If you’re thinking about moving here, do it!!!! You will not be disappointed. This is a beautiful location and the management here is absolutely incredible. The property is well kept and maintained. Seth, who is currently managing is the BEST landlord you could ask for. Have a maintenance issue? Don’t worry, their urgency behind any problem is unlike any place I’ve ever rented from. And shout-out to the on-site Maintenance man, Domingo! To top it off, this place is super affordable for its location. Some great spots are just a walk away; TAMUCC, Coffee Waves, Stripes, the Library bar, and a golf course across the street (which makes for a beautiful view).

Great place to live for an amazing price. The maintenance guy Domingo is helpful and respectful. I also really appreciate the property manager, Seth. Always respectful and professional. He makes sure the residents comfortability is at the top of his priorities.
