The spacious kitchen invites you to prepare all kinds of meals, while the separate and grand dining space is perfect for dinner gatherings. The living room, with its views of the pool, is ideal for game nights or evenings spent with a bottle of wine. The Grove offers some of the best dining, shopping, nature paths, water sports, and bike paths around. Highlights of this property include a private pool, fenced yard, classic Florida Cottage architecture, and a separate pool house casita with a queen bed and double sofa bed along with a private bathroom. The home features two dining spaces and lots of natural light, located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Miami. Ample driveway space is available for up to 4 vehicles, with a large driveway and a 1-car garage. Concierge services are offered, including boat rentals, chef engagements, and massage bookings upon request. The Grove packs a whole lot of charm, history, and culture into a relatively small area along Biscayne Bay. Mixed in with the bohemian bungalows, independent book shops, and locally owned cafes, CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, with a $100 cleaning fee for any smoke smell. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM, with violations potentially resulting in police visits and immediate eviction. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited, and noise levels must be low in respect to the neighbors. Security cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. The property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.
