The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and its own Smart TV. For your convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, complimentary coffee, tea, water, an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe box, luggage rack, and hangers are provided. One complimentary assigned parking space is included. The garage entrance is located on 22nd Terrace, and you will use the provided FOB for access. This is a pet-friendly property with a pet fee of $100.00 for one pet up to 20 pounds. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee: 2 hours for $50, 2-3 hours for 50% of the day's rate, and more than 4 hours for 100% of the day's rate. Centrally located in the heart of Miami, this apartment is in a highly walkable neighborhood (Walk Score 92), just a 10-minute walk to Coral Gables and a short drive from Downtown Miami (10 minutes) and Miami Airport (15 minutes). You can easily walk to a supermarket or explore surrounding neighborhood restaurants and shopping in Merrick Park, The Grove, and Coral Gables. The apartment is located in a very urban area, with supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall all within walking distance. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and a $450.00 fine will be imposed for violations. If surgery patients damage linens, an extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for stains inside the apartment or on the building grounds. If you use towels or linens for cleaning makeup or shoes, you will be charged for replacement: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set. Includes a dedicated desk with high-speed Wi-Fi, providing a perfect workspace.
