Living at Motion over the past four years has been a great experience. The staff is courteous and always helpful when I or my daughter, need help with anything. They go the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and at home. Its location is great since we have walking access to Dadeland Mall, the Metrorail, and the Target shopping center just across the building. It's super convenient! The new cleaning crew is great and has improved the maintenance of the building for the better. I would recommend Motion to my friends and family if they were looking for a great, and convenient place to live.

Love this place! My husband and I were searching for a new apartment, and definitely we chose the best one! Our leasing agent, Fermin, was very kind and helpful at every step. This building got everything we need, we are very sporty, and the gym is huge, clean, and complete. We got a lot of shopping and food places near us. Also, we got the cutest welcome from the Property Manager. Couldn't ask for more 💖
