Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Free parking is available. Unapproved late checkout or early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50 feet of the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement for violations. Noise detection monitors are present.
