A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check.
