A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
