No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A smart lock provides hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code.
