Located in North Bay Village, this apartment is the perfect base for discovering all that Miami has to offer. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated waterfront pool, gym, and outdoor bar, open from sunrise to sunset. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining areas make this home ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Free unassigned parking is available for 2 cars and oversized vehicles must park on the first floor. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. The property is smoke-free and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Includes a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. A laptop computer is not included.
