I moved here from Brickell and it has been absolutely amazing! It’s central to everything and even 8 minutes to the beach. The front office is super nice and attentive, no maintenance issues and even when I moved in I could tell everything was brand new! Having lived in 3 different states, this apartment is my favorite!

Very wholesome people and accommodating, the unit I wanted had a little issue and they were able to find a significantly better solution then I would’ve thought. The community is beautiful, the apartments are very nice and you honestly can’t beat their pricing. I was helped by Daphne and she was wonderful. Her friendliness and kindness made me comfortable signing knowing she would be my leasing agent. She definitely deserves a raise. Her knowledge of the community and surround area is great being a transplant. 5 min walk to the bright line for easy access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale for the night life. Do yourself a favor and take a tour you won’t regret it.
