Thoughtfully styled for comfort and relaxation, this loft is your perfect sanctuary in the heart of Boston. This loft features a private entrance and a loft-style design with an airy, open layout. Multiple large windows bring in natural light, complemented by exposed brick and hardwood floors for a classic Boston aesthetic. It includes two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed and TV for ultimate comfort, two full baths for added convenience, a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa and massage chair on the lower level, and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 video security guard monitoring. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high-top chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. Located between Clarendon and Berkeley Streets, this Back Bay gem is just a block from Copley Square Shopping Mall and a short 0.2-mile walk to Back Bay Station. Explore Newbury Street’s boutiques, art galleries, and cafés, or take in the scenic beauty of the Charles River Esplanade. Whether visiting for business, pleasure, or medical, this prime location puts you steps away from the best of Boston. The Back Bay stop is a 4-minute walk to the Orange Line, and an 8-minute walk to Copley Square Green Line, providing numerous options to explore the city. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. A 'Meet & Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing to maintain an upscale, luxury standard, with updates taking place throughout the building and on the exterior to create historic Boston elegance. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information, and arrival instructions will be sent 3 days prior to arrival with a navigational application guiding directly to the property.
