Featuring an open concept kitchen with island, living room, large bathroom, and bedroom featuring a queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. Wake up with coffee and sea breezes on the private patio off the bedroom. After a long day at the beach, enjoy dinner and a glass of wine at the farmhouse table under the covered patio. This home is outfitted with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu, and Central AC. Plus, an in-unit washer and dryer. A kitchen island and larger couch with chaise lounge have been added to accommodate more functional use. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils. A flexible fence around the unit provides a safe space for your dog to spend time with you outside without having to worry about their security. Dog-friendly unit for an additional $350 fee, though no cats are permitted. Take the train from the local Solana Beach station to Downtown or rent a car and see the sights in San Diego County via the I-5 freeway! The couch is not a pull-out. Three-person occupancy is ideal for two adults and an infant or toddler. The main house is occupied by a family with children and has security cameras that monitor the yard for the main house. Guests may use the driveway to load and unload but should park on the street moving forward. This property is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors all around. Construction or noise from neighbors is not monitored and should be taken into consideration when booking. Noise disruption is rare, given the unit's location, but is more possible during the summer months when children are out of school. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests. Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided. Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked. For work from home, it is recommended to have a hot spot as service interruptions and outages cannot be controlled.
