Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Limited parking is available at 1008 Tremont, one mile from 1387 Washington Street, for $375 per month. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. The South End location is ideal for those who enjoy walking, with numerous landmarks and attractions within easy reach. Public transportation options are also readily accessible, making it easy to explore the best of Boston. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces, with a cleaning fee of $300 if evidence of smoking is found. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed in the reservation, and unauthorized guests may result in expulsion or additional charges. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., with a $300 fine for verified noise complaints. A $150 fee applies for a lost key, and a lockout fee of $100 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property. If a parking permit is provided, a $500 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned permits. The occasional sighting of a mouse shall not constitute valid grounds for termination of the lease or request for alternative accommodations.
