Enjoy the comfort of high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens, as well as a rooftop patio with outdoor seating offering views of downtown and Mt. Rainier on a clear day. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. A city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking, although availability can be limited. Paid public parking is available nearby. Located in one of Seattle’s oldest and most densely populated neighborhoods, First Hill/Cherry Hill offers a unique experience with lush tree-lined lanes, the twin spires of St. James Cathedral, and quirky local finds. Nestled between downtown and Capitol Hill, this location provides convenient access to the entire city. With a high walk score, many dining, shopping, and entertainment options are within walking distance, and several bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away. Ride-sharing services are also highly recommended. This townhome is not handicap friendly and requires comfort with stairs due to its multiple stories. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. There is a Ring Camera by the front and back doors. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. The townhome includes a work desk available in the bedroom for remote working, high-speed internet for streaming, and an LG 4k UHD smart TV with Netflix logged in for use. A laptop computer is not included.
