Next to that is the park's oldest trail, the arrow-straight Lovers' Lane, named for its history of uniting soldiers with their sweethearts in town. 728-A Liggett Avenue has 3 bedrooms, 1.25 bathrooms and is 1,250 sq. ft. The rental rate is $9,240 monthly. This brick duplex home features hardwood floors, living room, formal dining room, kitchen, a fully glassed-in sunroom, detached garage and a basement for storage and laundry. The Open House is scheduled for December 2, 2025 10:30-11:30 am. We will be accepting holding deposits immediately after the open house in accordance with our priority system. Additional Information: Deposit is equivalent of monthly rental rate Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and pet rent of $75 monthly per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before 12/22/25.
