Lease Terms

TERMS: • Home is available as of March 9th and will be shown by appointment only. • Minimum 30 day up to 6 month rental. We will consider longer leases on a case-by-case basis. • Owner pays for all utilities including garbage, water, gas/electric, Wifi (via Sonic Fusion IP Broadband Residential X2) –and ADT alarm monitoring (if desired). • Non-smokers only. • One pet will be considered with $500 additional deposit plus additional $50/month fee per pet. Pet acceptance based on interview and completion of pet resume/application. We will consider additional pets on a case-by-case basis.
