Available for a 12-month lease. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Regular professional landscaping is included in the rent. No smoking. Fireplace is for cosmetic purposes only and is not to be used by the tenants. Both cats and dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with owner approval and an additional deposit! Pet Screening is required by all applicants; there is a $25 pet screening fee per pet/year. There is no fee for non-pet applicants or applicants who have an ESA or service animal. The first month's rent and refundable security deposit are due before move-in.
