I moved to Park Highlands from out of state. I am very happy with my stay here. Everyone has been extremely helpful and always get back to me quickly. The building and grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are quiet and polite. Access to the Bellevue Botanical Gardens is one of my favorite things about Park Highlands.
