Apartment Complex KeyHolder Position Available — Discounted Rent Key holder will be provided with 50% in Discounted Rent in exchange for working roughly 10hrs per week onsite. The duties involved include: Marketing Leasing: • Assist with opening units for rental prospect showings. • Prep vacant units with marketing materials provided by Management team. Property Maintenance and Janitorial Management: • Uses photos to regularly report the property condition to the management team. • Assist Mgmt team by unlocking units, storages, and utility boxes as necessary. • Conducts regular clean up of common areas, including laundry, pool, mail, etc... • Performs continual informal inspections of the property to ensure that basic maintenance and hazardous issues are timely reported to the management team. Qualifications and Skills: The key holder position requires a person must have the ability to perform onsite duties during routine business hours. In addition, the keyholder must be available for emergency after hours situations. The position requires someone with the physical skills necessary to conduct the onsite duties and inspection as well as the following: Independent operator who is dependable, punctual and can anticipate and prioritize responsibilities on a daily basis. Be able to work with a schedule, multi-task and problem solve independently Knowledgeable computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. Having work smart phone, laptop, & printer, and be able to establish an internet connection. Have working transportation. Complete a thorough background check which includes drug, criminal and credit check. Monthly Rental License amount to be 50% of Unit Market Rental Rate.
