When you drive by the property, you will see how it stands out from all properties in the area. I've planted many trees so that as they grow, they will shade the property (hopefully your future home) from the Arizona heat and give a dimension to our property that is different than others. I want my tenants to be proud of where they live. - There is a private backyard. - The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. - There are washer and dryer hook-ups, you can bring your own units or rent them from us. Here are some important points to understand about me and my process: * All the units are on lock-box, so easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, we need to talk, so please fill out a free application and for us to discuss. Let's see if we are a fit for each other. * You don't need the perfect credit score. If you are a hard-working person, I can look beyond a credit score. * If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too.
