Enjoy the outdoors on your own balcony! Laundry is included, along with off-street parking, and additional storage space. Pets permitted, upon pet interview, with $250 pet security deposit. Owner pays water and trash- tenant is responsible for gas and electric. First month and security deposit are due upon signing. Renter’s insurance required.
