We’ve been living here for over a year now, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From the very start, the management team has been top-notch. Brandon, the manager, is exceptional — always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns we have. His entire team, including maintenance, is fantastic as well. Whenever we've needed anything, they respond promptly and efficiently. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and always resolves issues with a positive attitude.

I work in Everett and my wife worked in Bellevue and this was the perfect location for the commute. My family and I enjoyed living here because there was lots of space and our kids could play outside and enjoy the pool in the summer.
