My fiancee and I lived here from 2017-2019 and really enjoyed our time at the facility. Sure, it's no frills, but everything was always clean and cared for in the common areas and the grounds. I could tell that the money I spent in rent was being put to use to maintain the complex. The location is great for commuting downtown or heading up North. The complex feels safe and has its own bus stop for the public transportation folks. The grounds themselves are quite nice for a walk during the summer and come complete with a family of wild turkeys. Our neighbors we all friendly, respectful, and quiet. We never once had a noise issue in 2 years. If we had to choose an apartment complex over again, we would choose Serafino again.

This a fantastic apartment and especially Management (Joann/Nancy) were very friendly and supportive. Providing suggestion and flexibility to the needs. The service to apartments was quick, prompt and a follow up was done by management in certain occassions on the work carried out. We enjoyed our stay here and made good friends as well.
