A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

I am moving into The AMLI on 2nd building in two weeks and I couldn't be more excited and pleased with the experience. My experience with both of the Ladies who manage the property and the conceirge has been nothing but wonderful and pleasant. They are all extremely helpful, honest, kind and truly caring, not just trying to sell apartments or collect a paycheck. They are personable and you can tell that they truly care. When viewing units, they were up front and honest about everything. The common areas including the hallways, the gym, the pools, the dog run and the trash rooms were SPOTLESS and CLEAN. I cannot wait to move in and I couldn't be happier with the property, its views of Downtown, its amenities and staff. YAY!

Could not be happier with AMLI on 2nd. The upgrades have been phenomenal, the staff is so friendly and they really care about your experience. The Leasing team is super helpful, professional, and friendly. Mike, the concierge supervisor, is also great, watches out for packages and makes sure you have everything you need when you arrive home. Scarlett has been an amazing addition to the concierge team, and is always so sweet, friendly and helpful! I have no intention to move anytime soon, I know this outstanding experience will be hard to match. Highly recommended!!
