Great staff at the leasing office. Had an issue moving in at a different trails site, manager sorted everything out. Didn't have to repay application fee and got to move in the same day. Had issues moving in but maintenance was done the following day. đź‘Ť
I lived here for 2 years, and I would highly recommend this apartment complex. My apartment was great, and the maintenance staff was very responsive to all of my service requests. The grounds are beautiful with 2 different pool areas. The office staff is incredible, and always very helpful!

I have been a resident here for three years. I must say it’s a very peaceful community with excellent office staff want to give the manager, Jennifer a two thumbs up to her and her office staff.
I have been living here for two years, getting ready to be three, the staff in the office is Awesome!!! They treat you with respect and kindness!! Always willing to help. Maintenance is great, I have never had any problems in my apartment, the property is very well kept and quiet. The staff always keeps the residents informed on any issues or events that happens on the property. Great place to live.
Went to visit a family member and loved the apartments, clean gorgeous landscaping apartments are really nicely sized looking forward to move there in the next six months

I have lived in this community for 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a beautiful place, full of well-maintained green areas where you can breathe tranquility and harmony. The facilities are modern and always in perfect condition thanks to the incredible maintenance team. I want to especially thank Alex and John for their dedication and excellent work. They always respond quickly to any request and ensure everything works perfectly.
Additionally, the manager Jennifer is a gem. She is super attentive, kind, and resolves all problems with incredible speed. Her professionalism and warmth make living here an even more pleasant experience. I also want to highlight Stephanie from the leasing team, who is always willing to help with a smile and makes any process simple and quick. The assistant and the rest of the team are also very kind and always ready to help with anything I need as a resident.
This is an incredible place to have a family. The community is safe, friendly, and offers a perfect environment for raising children. I would only leave here when it’s time to buy my own house.
In summary, living here has been a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team for making this place a true home. Thank you for everything you do!
