Hello Erin, I am sorry to hear that you had an Unpleasant experience at Millpond We pride our-self in creating a pleasant and professional move in experience for all of our tenants Please feel free to contact our office regarding any move in issues as I do not have you listed as a tenant at Millpond A car parked in an assigned parking spot was towed on Christmas eve the Tenant that the spot belongs to is the person responsible for having it towed as they had no where to park. Cars can only be towed from assigned spots and we do have that clearly posted through out the community. Please contact the office if we can assist you in any way.
