We have been living here for six months now. It feels like home! Special thanks to our leasing manager Dawn who's been super responsive and secured us this beautiful home. And thanks to mgmt David who's been so helpful on every detail of the living experience at Ivy & Green. we have zero complain about our home! Everything is so beautiful. The staff are very nice! They always help me open and hold the gate when I have groceries in hand. The trash rooms are cleaned every day (at least on my floor). Hallways are always cleaned. We had one maintenance request, and it was resolved the same day! The mgmt hosted a wine tasting last week. It was super fun and knowledgeable; we had 5 or 6 different wines~ Those are my experiences with this building! I hope it helps you decide on your future home.

I recently moved into this stunning building, and it’s just as beautiful as it looks in the photos online! The staff here is incredible—responsive, helpful, and truly go above and beyond. Special thanks to Kate, the leasing agent, and Jonathan, Kiara, and David from the management office for helping with anything I need and making the transition smooth. The concierge team is also friendly and helpful. One of the things I love most is the sense of community here. The building hosts great events that make it easy for residents to connect and get to know each other. The grounds are impeccably kept, and so far, I’m loving everything about living here. I originally planned to stay for just one year, but I can already tell it’s going to be hard to leave!

I’ll be honest, I had been planning to write a 1 star review for this place since the week my husband and I moved in a year ago, however the team at Ivy and green has MASSIVELY turned things around and greatly earned my respect. So much so that my husband and I have decided to extend our time here. In the beginning, we felt neglected by the staff and like the place was very disorganized. Granted this place was brand new and they had growing pains. They were short staffed and the turn around time for getting responses from management took weeks. However over the past 6 or so months, Ivy & Green has made wildly drastic improvements. David, Erica, Kiara and team have shown to really care about their residents despite a bumpy beginning. The maintenance team here is superb as well. The turnaround time on a maintenance request is 2-3 hours (at most) which is nearly unheard of in a lot of the other luxury apartments in the area. The team also makes a concerted effort to hold community events to bring the residents together. The concierge team- Bryan and Genesis are also wonderful and warmly welcome the residents and all the pups that enter the building. Now being honest about the cons: the floors aren’t thick so those below can hear footsteps, but that’s nearly every luxury building here and residents are supposed to have carpeting to offset this. The trash rooms can get a bit crowded but it doesn’t take long for the cleaning staff to take care of it. The elevators are by and far the slowest, but I’ll take elevators over stairs any day. Lastly, dogs aren’t allowed in the amenity spaces but that’s because there were so many instances of residents not cleaning up after their dogs, plus the rooftop is made of turf. In short, no place, especially a brand new amenity building, is going to be perfect right off the bat, but Ivy & Green truly has exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a great community of neighbors (and dogs), a management team that strives to put their residents first and is always seeking feedback to improve, then definitely consider Ivy & green. Thanks for really turning around our experience here :)
