A fantastic place to live! I only moved out because I needed a WFH space, otherwise I would still be living here. Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests and are incredibly reasonable when it comes to move-out inspection. I was not charged a cleaning fee or a painting fee after doing a quick clean and leaving drywall anchors in the wall during move-out. They do preventative maintenance on the boiler before winter so the rooms are always warm and cozy. They also salt the sidewalks and courtyards. Unlike corporate landlords, the people at The Worthington aren't trying to screw you out of every dollar you own and do want you to have a maintained apartment. Would recommend to family and friends.

The landlords AND the tenants have been nothing but incredibly kind toward me since I moved to the Portland area, oftentimes going out of their way to make sure I’m happy or to say hello. If I ever put in a maintenance request, they usually go above and beyond to kindly address it within a day, which is amazing!
