It's TINY. Yes. That's what a microstudio is. However, I just moved into the building and it's clean, attractive, lots of natural light thanks to tall windows in the apartment, and surprisingly quiet considering the fact that there are 50 other people living here. Everyone seems to respect the quiet hours, which are from 10PM - 7AM. There is an adorable little kitchen area (microwave, bar fridge) in the apartment and two big public kitchens on each floor which nobody uses. Everyone sort of keeps to themselves. This building is only about three years old which means it is well insulated and I have found it to be very well maintained with cleaning and management responsive. And the price is terrific, especially for the area. I think the one star reviews come from Americans, who are spoiled on space and typically think that they need to live large to live well. If you have lived in SE Asia or Africa you will understand the concept and appreciate the price. It's perfect for me, although I did make a conscious decision to downsize. **Update 7/3/2021 I notice that this is now called Alcove NW and not Footprint NW anymore, so it may be in new hands which means I can't vouch for the accuracy of this review.**
