I lived in this building for a year and it was wonderful! The location is amazing, within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Work requests were always handled promptly. The apartment manager is wonderful, best I’ve every had! She is very friendly and lives in the unit so she knows everything going on in the building. I would definitely recommend renting from this place.

We stayed in Greenway for about 5 months. We had no big issues other than it gets really cold during the winter, and the water in our unit will spit out rust colored water for the first few seconds but honestly, I think that’s just part of living in an old building. We had about three property managers in that 5 months but the very last one was great! We had a conversation with him when we moved out and it seems like he’d be a great addition to their team. Seems like he really want to make the apartment better for all the residents! The management has been great to us as well. We left because we needed a bigger space but we had issues with our new apartment and they let us extend our move out date. The location is great. Parking can be tricky and in all our five months there our car never got broken into. (Maybe just be wary of Hoyt Street)
