When the pipes from upstairs flooded my living room and washroom that man stayed with me until all of the water was gone and it took like three or four hours and he stayed and helped clean up and he came back and checked on us for the next couple of days to make sure that everything was perfect. We love all the maintenance, but Edward stands out the most for us and our unit.
