The maintenance do their best to pick up any trash that may have escaped the dumps in the parking lot. It's usually quiet at night, which I personally prefer. The ladies and gents in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. It's definitely a pet friendly apartment complex. I love the location the most, very convenient. The one time I've had to call about my air-conditioning, they were quick to respond and fix the problem. The enclosed patios are a perk for both privacy and keeping the bugs out if you ever want to keep the patio door open in cooler weather. The only thing I would change is having a Dropbox to pay rent, which they don't have. However, they do open at a reasonable time at 9am and close late at 6pm, which helps if you want to pay in person instead of online which there is a processing fee. As of now, I plan on staying here for quit a while since I am pretty happy at Savannah Square.
