The grounds are lovely, there's plenty of parking, the laundry building is convenient, the other tenants are generally lovely people, and the apartments themselves are well-kept and modern. A big plus is that they are pet-friendly. The only downside was that the one-bedroom apartments are small for two people and two cats, but we made it work and they have a great lease-transfer process if a two-bedroom becomes available. If we weren't moving so that I could pursue graduate school elsewhere, we would have happily stayed here until getting a house of our own.
