The Property Manager Amanda, Assistant Manager Mindy & Leasing Agent Taylor are Phenomenal! The first resident event my roommate & I attended was fantastic! The Pizza Party was very welcoming and we got to meet all the new staff & several residents and everyone was friendly and inviting us into the community. We chilled out in the Leasing Office with them until the Party was over and they were all really down to earth and cool people! I’m excited for the events in the future for sure!

We've lived here for 2 years and had our ups and downs and can understand the negative reviews. I can say that since Amanda and Mindy took over, things have improved. They do walk throughs for preventive maintenance talking with tenants to see if there are any problems, checking water tank, signs of leaks, and fire alarms ( 2 Apts burned down while we were here, our apt flooded from busted water tank, we got hit by a dang tornado!...) Maintenance has recently been quick to respond. They now handle AC problems with the utmost of importance and actually fix the problem in our experience. They do community events. They finally repaired and reopened the pool under this new management, first time its been open since we've live here! I would recommend this place. The renovated units are nice and comfortable, good appliances. Can't beat the price. Just make sure to lock your car doors at night, we've had multiple issues with that recently.
