I went for a tour yesterday at Hampton Woods and the office staff was so friendly and nice! Joey is the person who provided the tour and he made me fall in love with the property and the apartment! You can tell the staff makes it feel like a community. I am so excited to move in next month! The easiest application process I ever experienced with an apartment complex. Five stars!! I’m excited!

I have lived at Hampton Woods 3 years. I moved here because I loved the trees and ponds . We even have frequent ducks who visit!. We were affected by tornado but they are doing great job of remodeling. The new office staff Natasha , Madison and Taylor are very friendly and doing a great job with the community events and so forth. Shout out to Maintenance..they did a great job handling my Maintenance requests.. Very professional. It is very conveniently located by Hwy 9 so my commute is easy to work. Shopping center just up the road . Yay! See a good upswing here! Hello Again, (8/21/2024) I want to give a shout out to Joey. He is really working hard to make changes and is doing his best to make improvements .along with sweet Natasha , Jenna and new maintenance team. I know they are working hard to make changes for the better. .In the 3 years I have resided here there have been ups and downs.Being a former leasing agent of a complete rehab property..it takes time to accomplish this.I see the potential for a beautiful property that is so ideally located for students, people in workforce looking for great commute to work or just avoiding traffic through town , Conveniently located close to shopping centers. . Anyway,It takes time and the vision. Plus the team to make it work. ! Praying for this property. It has a certain magic. Winfield management do you see it too? Thank you .. it takes a team!
