I have lived at The Charleston apartments since 2018 and will be moving out next month. My unit was renovated before my move-in, so it was nice and clean when I was moving in. I live in a one bed and the space is more than enough! I’m obsessed with my walk-in closets. I have had no problems with my unit other than my ac went out a couple of times one summer. Maintenance was quick to get it fixed each time and they were so nice! I have never had a problem with the office staff, they have always been helpful and kind. The communication between management and tenants is the best I’ve ever experienced. There are also fun resident events each month! The community isn’t disruptive and the current property manager Kim has done a lovely job at updating the property grounds. I will definitely miss this place and would highly recommend living at this complex!

Charleston Apartments in Norman, OK has been my home for the past 5 years. This place is absolutely perfect for students and families alike. They have understanding staff and attentive maintenance. (Maintenance has been the same guys since I moved in.) They do not rush interactions, in fact they provide you with the best service possible. They are very communicative and routinely spray for pest control which is probably why I’ve never had a pest issue. The quality and amenities has only improved since my stay here. There is a fenced area for dogs to play, and the landscaping is kept up with consistently. Did I mention the closet space is ginormous?????
