I have lived at the Frank for almost a year now. The staff at Midtown Renaissance has been great to work with. I have hardly had any problems since living there, but any maintenance request I have submitted has been completed in a very timely manner. They have kept the property up nicely, and it is always clean and the landscaping looks very nice. All of the tenants I have met are very friendly as well and it is a quiet place to live. It has been a great, more affordable option to living in Midtown, and I have enjoyed my time at The Frank!

I love living at The Frank and I tell everyone! Great modern vibe and super quiet! I feel very safe which is important as a single person. Doors close behind you and are always locked! Great Midtown location. I've enjoyed working with Midtown Renaissance. My first apartment experience and they are really easy to deal with! Zero complaints!
