Katy provides outstanding customer service! She is personable, answered any and all questions and follow-up is prompt! I'm excited and plan to have a wonderful experience residing here. 2022 was a very arduous year between my work & personal life but the property management (Katy) was empathetic and extended her expertise as much as possible. The only issue I had, the ductwork is outdated. Rooms are stuffy in the summer and hot during the winter. With that said, this property is affordable, located in a convenient location and have residents who have been here for YEARS!! Maintenance requests response time is quick!!
