I am a current resident and writing this review under anonymous for safety and well-being for the rest of my lease period here. Nicole Orcutt from the leasing office is very rude and racist to non-white or international applicants. She has been disrespectful and makes my roommates and I feel unsafe to ask any questions for clarification. She often repeats the answers and even spells them out as if the listeners are stupid. It's her tone and attitude that makes me feel offended, unwelcoming, discriminating and uncomfortable. She is condescending and an unpleasant presence to this beautiful complex. She adds discomfort in visiting the leasing office and I think the complex would feel safer and more welcoming without her. I hope when she sees this review, she will treat the diverse community better.
