Amazing complex. Fairly priced for what you get as well. The staff is amazing, and so kind and helpful. Maintenance acts swiftly and immediate. Good people all around you. Have never had any issues with car break-ins or having any packages stolen! Only issue I have is the gate is a little temperamental. But it seems they have fixed that! 10/10 would recommend. :)

This is only my second week of living here, but it’s been amazing so far! The office staff are all very kind and welcoming. Anytime I’ve needed something they’ve always been so friendly and helpful. The apartment grounds are VERY well kept and clean. And the units are amazing! They’re so spacious and the kitchen is a dream. This is the biggest kitchen I’ve ever seen in an apartment (especially a one bedroom). And I absolutely LOVE all of the natural light that come from the wall of windows in the living room/dining room area. The unit was very clean when I moved in and everything was in great condition. The parking situation is very calm, there’s plenty of spaces to go around. The gates are well taken care of and work perfectly. The communication has been great. Since I’ve moved in, they’ve done apartment-wide fire sprinkler inspections and AC filter changes and there’s been plenty of notice given. The area itself feels very safe. The apartment complex is not on a main road so it’s very quiet, and the other people that live here are very quiet and tend to keep to themselves but are very friendly. Overall I’m extremely impressed! I love living here so far!
