Expressway, Kilpatrick Turnpike, Memorial Road, and the Fire Department. At Council Place our professional on-site management and maintenance makes this a perfect place to call home. Come home to OKC's finest in apartment living, Council Place.

This place is amazing! I was nervous moving up to okc for work and after almost losing hope i stumbled across council place! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! they really make the place feel like home. Wouldnt choose anywhere else to live!!!!!

This has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Crystal the property management has been amazing. She has been one of the nicest and most understanding person. If I've even been late on rent or had something happen she's right there on top of things ready to help. The apartment itself has been great. The 1b 2bath with a living room it's huge and the appliances work. Not to mention the washer and dryer in the unit makes it a huge bonus. Even the maintenance guys I've had come by are very nice and get things done quick/ efficient. I would highly recommend council place to anyone. They are affordable and close to the highway plus also have a little playground in the middle of the complex not too far from the little pool and fitness center. 5/5 stars for sure.
