Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, lizards) Ferrets Sugar Gliders and other marsupials Skunks Raccoons Squirrels Rabbits Guinea Pigs Rodents (mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils) Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) If a dog is any part of the above-mentioned breeds, they are not eligible for residency. We maintain the right to update this list at any time as necessary. Management discretion for questionable breeds will apply. The exceptions are animals trained to assist the disabled and/or active-duty canine police dogs residing with an active-duty law enforcement officer.

I moved here while they were still building this place and from the moment I moved in I have never wanted to move anywhere else. Yes we have been through a few management teams, and office staff but none of it has changed the way I feel about living here. I have met so many great people through out the years and can say I know pretty much everyone. The new staff in the office are some of the nicest people and they are trying hard to live up to everyone's expectations. The maintenance is top notch. I have never had to wait for something to get repaired as long as I put in a maintenance request they are usually here immediately. I loved when we had a break in on the property that it was addressed, followed up with a community meeting on how to stay safe. Community is something that they try and convey with there clubhouse social events, and wonderful parties which are free to attend. I have never felt unsafe here because everyone watches out for each other which I have never really had at other places Ihave lived. The maintenance also comes around regularly to change filters and spray for rodents. I have never had a problem with rodents and I have lived on both sides of the property. That being said I read some of the other reviews in which was stated that there were mice in the apartments. A total lie concocted by someone who has never lived here. There will always be disgruntled people in the world with to much time on there hands. I can without a doubt tell you it's a great place to live and I recommend you come check it out. They are pet friendly and the staff are definitely animal lovers. You be the judge!

I moved in here about 7 months ago. I have to say it has been an awesome experience. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and truly have our best interests at heart. In talking with them, they are concerned, are always thinking of the residents, and strive to make things here as pleasant as possible. I looked at many other complexes before I chose to live here. I can tell you that the staff and facilities of those other places do not compare to the staff and premises here. One of the fun things here is the staff holds events for the residents, and really strive to make this place feel like home for all its residents. I would definitely recommend living here.
