I love it here! Just renewed my lease, Been living here for a little over a year and I’m so comfortable! Best maintenance ever, they are always on top of everything. Apartment is a very good size and have never had any issues. Office staff is super helpful and friendly! Over all I highly recommend Portland Parke for affordable quality living!

Maintenance is always the biggest complaint in apartments. I have lived here for almost 2 years and only had maybe 5 Maintenance request and they are friendly and have ALWAYS been out to fix the problem the same day. And most importantly the problem is fixed its not just rigged up. The parking lot is rough looking but the apartments are great and roomy.
